Reach out to us on care@golineal.com within 7 days of receipt of your first purchase of Lineal Deodorant and we will be happy to set up your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned back to us in the original packaging with the invoice.

Coupons
Free samples
Shipping and handling costs
GST and other taxes
To process your return, we require the original invoice. Please do not send your purchase back to the us without first initiating a return request. Our return policy does not cover subsequent purchases from the same Customer. Refund amounts are credited in 7-10 working days typically.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to set up an exchange send us an email at care@golineal.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a coupon for the value of your returned item(s). Once the returned item is received, a coupon will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/ she will find out about your return.
